Only use this section when you have one or more TNOCs included with your proofing package.
If you have a termination recording fee on the HUD made payable to ATA Petty Cash and it is for $18.50 (or $19.10 if in Palm Beach County) you will need to file your TNOC into Wendy Collier's filing cabinet on her right; which is sorted in alphabetical order.
This is all that is required on your part for any TNOC that is made payable to ATA Petty Cash for $18.50/19.10.
Note: You should never find a termination recording fee for a NOC made payable to ATA Petty Cash that is for only $10.00 (or 10.60 if the property is in Palm Beach County). This is most likely an error and whoever is the preparer of your TNOC will need to correct this error. The name of the person who prepared the TNOC will be printed in the upper right hand corner of the page.
If you have a termination recording fee on the HUD made payable to
Clerk of Court and it is for
$18.50/19.10 you will need to go to Wendy Collier's filing cabinet on her right and pull the
Contractor's Notice of Termination of Notice of Commencement from this file and place it directly behind your
Owner's Notice of Termination of Notice of Commencement. Check to make sure that we are recording only 2 pages total.
If we are recording more than 2 pages be sure that we do actually want to record these pages then enter the total number of pages to be recorded below.
(total number of pages is pages of the Owner's TNOC plus pages of the Contractor's TNOC.
This should be the fee that is on the HUD.
If it differs from what you have on the HUD cross through the HUD amount and write in the correct amount.
If you have a termination recording fee on the HUD made payable to Clerk of Court and it is for $10.00/10.60 you will not need to do anything but make sure that all the required blanks have been filled and filled properly.
